• Please carefully fill the online application form for issuing duplicate document(s).
• Your application form will be processed after your fee verification in bank.
• If your provided postal address is incorrect, in such case BISEP will not be responsible for any misplacement of the duplicate document.
• Bank services or any other fund transfer charges shall be paid by the applicant in addition to the prescribed fee.
• Documents shall be issued within one working day after verification of the fee and submission of the complete online application form.
